We were blessed to receive Pastor Berndt as Pastor of Zion Lutheran Church. The special service of Rite of Installation and Holy Communion and took place on Sunday June 22, 2014. Pastor Clint Poppe of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Lincoln NE was guest preacher.
The church was filled with guest Pastors and members of both Zion Lutheran Church and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (Pastor Berndt's previous church).
Following the service the congregation welcomed the Pastor and his family with a potluck dinner in the Fellowship Hall.
